Land Rover Repair: Replacing fuel filter, fuel pipe, plastic connector

I'm trying to replace fuel filter for 2003 RRIII, however there's a plastic connector (also called red sleeve) attached at the end of the fuel pipe. This red sleeve need to be replaced, because you cannot detach the pipe from filter without damaging it. My question is, is there a shop that sells red sleeve? The sleeve holds tightly the fuel pipe to the filter. Are there any alternatives?

Answer
You can remove the fuel filter without damaging the red sleeve.  You must push the fuel pipe towards the fuel filter, press the red sleeve in the opposite direction against the pipe. When fully compressed disconnect the fuel pipe from the fuel filter.

I do not know of anywhere that sells the red sleeve separately, you will probably have to buy a new pipe if you have already damaged it.
