Land Rover Repair: range rover 1993 model 3.9, engine vacuum, dark smoke

dark smoke caused my car not goes well , when i checked spark , carbon on all of them even, the small is always dark smoke even it not come through gas exhaust but it stayed in the engine , when i checked with many garage , every one say different than other please help me , note i change rotor , spark wire , airflowmeter , spark , petrol regulator pressure .

I'm not sure I understand everything you are trying to say, but based on what I do understand, I recommend the following:
Check all connections from sensors and computer, clean connections and apply di-electric grease, check and clean all grounds, make sure fuel pressure is at 30 psi or above, check engine vacuum at idle (should be steady at 18 inches and above).  Also, of course, make sure compression is good and see if air filter is clogged.

When changing the rotor in the distributor, did the distributor fall apart putting the timing off?  This is very common.

If everyhting above checks out, change ignition coil and/or ignition amplifier.
