Land Rover Repair: Help, range rover hse, coolant hoses

My range rover hse p reg some it overheats sometimes the water boils. the temperature rises to red slowly.what can i do?

there are several possible problems that can cause overheating:

-clogged radiator or coolant hoses
-low coolant
-bad head-gasket
-bad water pump
-bad thermostat.

all of these should be checked thoroghly and DO NOT allow the engine to overheat, the LR engine does not tolerate overheating well.
