AC compressor and fan @ condenser does not come on when ac switch is turned on; inside fan of cabin comes on but no cold air. what is the possible cause.

Answer
There are a lot of things that could cause the A/C to not come on, high pressure (no cooling) low pressure (not enough gas) or several electrical faults.  An automotive A/C shop will be able to point you in the right direction, does not need to be the LR dealership.
