Hi john, I am sure you been asked this before ,but my 2004 discovery tc,abs P/brake,h/decent.warninglights came on and remain on whilst driving.Whats the problem,they must be all linked to same sensor.

Hi Tim,

many years ago, I dubbed this problem as the 3 amigos.  ABS, TC and HDC lights coming on and remaining on.  8 years have passed and those 3 gringos are still hanging around...

The cause is often associated with the ABS modulator.  I was told recently that LR has (or perhaps ABACO) found the design flaw and the newer ABS modulators have been redesigned with the correction.  I am sceptical but you never know...

Sometimes the fault was associated with a faulty wheel hub sensor, the flakey LR electronics, the modulator seals, ...  

I think it all comes down to the poorly designed ABS modulator.  

I had GM vehicles with air suspension and these problems were rare.  I no of no other vehicle manufacturer that shares this same trouble.
