Land Rover Repair: Range Rover classic wont start, mass air meter, inertia switch

Question
My '93 classic turns over but wont start. Checked fuses (good). Checked fuel pump.(no voltage to FP). I disconnected fuel pump and supplied power.(It works)
After checking relay, inertia switch, etc... It seems I'm not getting power from the Engine Control Module.(from wiring diagram it seems ECM controls power to fuel pump circuit. Where do I go from here? I appreciate any help tremendously. Thanks, DJ
