ANSWER: You have to remove the intake plenum and all the other stuff on top of the motor to get access to where the wires are run. It's a 3-4 hour job for an experienced Land Rover tech. QUESTION: Thank you for your last answer. i did managed to replace 5 wires without taking the manifold off but it was a bit tight. it took about 1 hour. The problem is resolved. How do i turn off the service engine soon light?
AnswerThere are two answers to that question
1) If you actually corrected the problem that caused the light to illuminate, it will go off on its own after a few days of fault-free driving.
2) You can connect an OBD II scanner and clear the faults. Most repair shops have such scan tools.
If the light remains on there is a continuing problem
