Land Rover Repair: Freelander ignition/starting issues, fuse panel, cold start

This is a cold start problem. Can turn key and get all lights but nothing...no crank no click. Battery fine,starter fine,alt fine. Can turn key in ignition 40X and nothing...then on the 41st it will start. Had entire fuse panel replaced because dealer said only 6volts getting through panel. Just picked it up and it is happenening again. Other than relay, what else can I try?

There's not much you can try at home.  Someone will have to use the Land Rover test system to see if the alarm is inhibiting starting.  If so, that's your problem.  If not, the wiring will need to be tested point by point from battery through ignition thru relays to starter.

Sometimes these repairs take several iterations.
