Land Rover Repair: eas on classic. wont turn on ., fuse box, warning light

Hi Dennis.
I have a problem with my 95 classic lwb. My eas wont start and its not in fault mode no blinking suspension lights nothin realy. I checked the power line going to the pump and theres no power going thru checked the fuse box up front and it works. the only thing i could think it could be is the relay. where is it how do i replace it or check if its that prob. just to let you know i have a new pump that works and new bags. please help

The compressor relay is under the RH Front seat, it's a standard relay, in the middle of the 3 relays.  you can swap it out with another relay (wipers) to test it.  on the right is the warning light relay, and on the left is the delay relay, you can not swap it with another, but put a jumper in place of pin 30 to 87 (not 87a).  if it works then, the delay relay is bad.
