Land Rover Repair: EAS reset, diaphragm valve, vent line

Is there any way that i can reset the fault codes that comes up on the display. ALL so what is the 4mm air line off of #11 connection for

#11 is just a vent line, to port air from the diaphragm valve down away from the block.  It simply keeps things tidy.  You can remove the 4mm line with no ill effects.
