Hi,

My Auto box seems to get stuck in gear after going up a steep hill. It will change up on the rev limit but not in sport. When slowing down it changes down but when speeding up it wont change up(till the rev limit kicks in)

Your gearbox is fully computer controlled, so there's nothing mechanical to stick.  Any holding in gear is either a result of an internal transmission failure or a controller problem.  You need a LR dealer or specialist with the LR test system to resolve this . . . generic OBD II scanners can't talk to the transmission control.

If the transmission is bad I recommend using an authorized ZF rebuilder or a factory exchange unit,
