Land Rover Repair: 98 Disco AC water leak into footwell, pin holes, ac water

I have a 98 Disco 4.0 that leaks water into the passenger side floorboard when using the A/C, any suggestions?

Hi Brandon,

could be the AC condensation drain thats plugged and backing up into your footwell.  If you go under the Disco and look around the transmission tunnel of the vehicle, you should see 2 drains. They are in front of the tranny and on high up on each side.  There are nipples on the tip of these drains and you can either massage them and free up the pin holes (if that is cause) or carefully poke into or snip off a tiny hole.  

They are prone to plug up from road gunk and the rubber can harden over time.

Be aware that once opened, you may get a face full of filthy water.
