Land Rover Repair: Freelander Fault Codes, oil contamination, freelanders

My freelander's check engine light is on. Sometimes engine stops working while the car moving or stopped. There are two codes p1473, p1155. Could you tell me what is the meaning of those codes? Can these cause stopping the engine? How to fix these problems? I live in Georgia (Caucasus) and we have no a dealer here. Thanks for your help.

p1473: Variable inlet manifold motor 2. Short circuit to V Battery

P1155: Post-catalyst oxygen sensor heater bank 1.Implausible signal/condition

Could be electrical short to O2 sensor or the multiplug located after the catalytic conv.   Freelanders have been known to have oil contamination causing different elect. problems.
