where is the data link connector located in 1995 land rover range rover?

If it's a Range Rover Classic, there is no data link connector for an OBD II scanner.  They have individual test connectors under the dash and seats for the T4 test system or an Autologic.

If it's a P38 new Rover, the OBD connector is above your left knee, sitting in the right hand (passenger in the US) seat.
