i have an 01 land rover disco series2 how do i program the garage door opener,,,,,

Answer
In brief, you push and hold the button you want to program till the LED starts to blink.  Then you release and press and hold while pressing the button on your regular opener, which is held by the Rover's button. Hold both buttons until blink changes
