When I enter my code to reset my radio it does not work.  but sometimes the word code flashes on the screen of the radio.  what does this mean?

Answer
It means you have the wrong code, or the radio is broken.

First step is to pull the radio and have your dealer obtain a code from the radio serial number as opposed to the VIN.

Let the car run for 1.5 hours with radio on and try and enter the code.  If that does not work, your radio is broken.
