Land Rover Repair: 2001 Disco, shuttle valve, modulator

Question
I had the electrical brain replaced about a year ago. What happened was my Traction Control, ABS, and down hill lights come on. The mech said it was a modulator. I now have the same problem, could it be a bad fuse or is it the same issue. All the lights are comming on again.

Answer
First, the modulator is not the brain.  The brain, called the SLABS ECU, is inside the vehicle.  The modulator is under the hood.

Second, there is a under-$100 US kit to repair the modulator that works to correct shuttle valve faults 95% of the time.
