Land Rover Repair: 91 Rover Window, range rover classic, definite answer

The drivers side window on my 1991 range rover classic is stuck in the down posistion. A few weeks ago it was stuck in the up position for a while and it wouldnt move, then it randomly began working again. Yesterday it got stuck again..but this time in the down posistion. Any idea what is causing my window to be so sketchy? thanks.

That sounds like an electrical problem to me.  I've never experienced this situation before though, so I can't give a definite answer.  Start by checking out your wiring, and the condition of the motor.  Also make sure the window moves smoothly in the tracks.
