Land Rover Repair: Manifold Bolt sequence and Torque settings, plenum chamber, torque settings

Question
I have a 03' discovery SE7. I replaced my spark plugs and wires, in the process I had to remove the intake manifold. Now that everything is put back together I just have to do is tighten the bolts on the plenum. What is the order and what are the torque settings?

Answer
Hi Lewis,

here's the info:

TORQUE DESCRIPTION METRIC (IMPERIAL)
Spark plugs 20 Nm (15 lbf.ft)
Fuel tank cradle 45 Nm (33 lbf.ft)
ECT sensor 10 Nm (7 lbf.ft)
CKP sensor 6 Nm (4.4 lbf.ft)
CMP sensor 8 Nm (6 lbf.ft)
KS sensor 22 Nm (16 lbf.ft)
Throttle body 10 Nm (7 lbf.ft)
Plenum chamber 22 Nm (16 lbf.ft)
Breather adaptor 6 Nm (4.4 lbf.ft)
Throttle cable abutment bracket 10 Nm (7 lbf.ft)
TP sensor 2.2 Nm (1.6 lbf.ft)
IACV sensor 8 Nm (6 lbf.ft)
HO 2 S sensor 45 Nm (33 lbf.ft)
Ignition coils 8 Nm (6 lbf.ft)
Fuel rail 9 Nm (7 lbf.ft)

The workshop manuals states:

Using a new gasket, position upper inlet manifold. Fit bolts and, working in a diagonal sequence, tighten to 22 Nm (16 lbf.ft).

Best of luck,
