Land Rover Repair: harness short 03 Disco, oxygen sensors, starter solenoid

On my '03 Discovery, the oxygen sensors seemed faulty. found fuse 2 blown. The sensor side of fuse 2 shortedto ground. I disconnected all 4 sensors' connectors but the short remains at connector C0203-14 and the sensors' connectors pin 3. Looks like that splice is touching the chassis somewhere. Any Ideas?

found the connector C0203-14 from engine fuse box to places unknown. Electronic Workshop diagram is spartan when it comes to this.

I'd go with Murphy's law...usually the most difficult place.  Check in and around the exhaust.  I've been lucky with my Disco so far...only the starter solenoid wire had shorted out on me.
