I'm sorry to have to tell you the airbag (SRS) light can only be diagnosed or reset by a shop with the specialist Land Rover test system.  There's no other way to communicate with that system.  If you'd like to look for an alternative to the local dealer look at the shop directory on www.rangerovers.net
