I HAVE 1996 LANG ROVER DISCOVERY START OK BUT WHEN
ACCELERATE THE GAS DON'T WANT TO MOVE FAST MOVE VERY SLOWLY,GAS PRESURE IS 28 PSI

The workshop manual has good step by step troubleshooting procedures for your situation.  You'll also need a scan tool that can display live data so you can see what the engine controller is getting.
