Land Rover Repair: 2003 Dis SE7, knock on wood, actuator

Question
The rear right passenger door look will not lock or unlock with the remote or the interior lock/unlock button.  I can only unlock the door if I use the interior handle.  Any clue on what I can do.  Needless to say, so far everything else is fine, knock on wood.  Thanks d Vignali

Since both the key fob and interior switches don't work, it could be as simple as the door actuator has failed.

You can either replace the unit yourself or have the dealer CHARGE you for it.
