Answer
Hi Frank,

yes, the ECU is reading various sensors and determining the spark for these two cylinders.  I have been told that it is possbile to reset the ECU:  disconnect negative cable from battery for 1 minute.  Reattach, reenter radio security code.

If you put a new coil on and the problem still remains, it could be another component.  The best way to determine this is with a LR Testbook diagnostic system, found at most dealers.

It could be fuel injection related.  Maybe your not getting enough air/fuel and thus the spark is so small that it triggers the error code.

There also heat sensors that could affect the firing sequence.

Best bet to same time and money is to have it carefully diagnosed at the dealer.  Afterwards, you can determine if you want to perform the work of have someone else do it.

Best of luck,
