Land Rover Repair: water leak, land rover discovery, land rover discovery ii

Good afternoon,
I have a 1999 Land Rover Discovery II. It has developed a water leak. Water comes from the front courtsey light and head liner in the front. It has been to a Land Rover dealer several times with no resolution. They have resealed the front windshield and it still leaks. Can you give me some insight.

NB: almost all Disco's have water ingress problems.  Its a shame but true.  I suspect the plating between the steel roof and the aluminum body.  Most alpine windows eventually leak too!
