Land Rover Repair: Anti Lock Dash Light, negative battery cable, brake light switch

I recently replaced the brake light switch on my wife's discovery; but the anti lock dash light is still on. I disconnected the negative battery cable to reset the codes but no luck.. Any suggestions?

Hi Jose,

the ABS light is a problem with LR Disco's and the possible causes are many;  ABS sensors are failing, brake pads and/or rotors are worn, faulty electrical wiring, fuses, fluid low, air in line.

Have a brake specialist inspect your system and if they can't locate the problem THEN take it to your LR dealer.

This light has haunted many a Disco owner an will continue to do so ...
