Land Rover Repair: 2000 discovery brakes, master cylinder, brakes

Question
When starting the truck, I place my foot on the brake pedal and turn the ignition.  As the truck starts, I feel the brake pedal flutter for a second or two.  What can you tell me about this?

Hello Joseph,

this sounds like there may be air in your line.  The master cylinder is engaging and perhaps air is being moved about.  When was the last time you had your fluid changed?  Perhaps it time to flush your fluid and bleed the lines.
