Buick/Olds: 90 Buick Regal - Closed Loop Rough Running/Stalling, coolant temp, buick regal

Question
VIN # 2G4WD14WXJ1467916 ... PROM ID# 1621 ... 6 Cyl. Auto

My boyfriend's car is acting like it's running really rich. I borrowed my dad's Snap-On scanner tool noticed a few things. In open loop I get some of the following info.
Block Learn-120 ... BLM Cell-0
Integrator-128 ... O2 Crosscounts-1 ... ExhOx-Rich
TPS-0.58v ... Fuel Pump-14.3v ... Spark Adv.-14
AirFlow-6 ... Map(v)-1.76 ... Coolant-127

In closed loop, the integrator # drops from 128 down to 76 and holds there. At the same time, the idle drops and it acts like it's running rich and fouling out the plugs. If I touch the throttle, the integrator count jumps back up to 128 and it runs good for a second, then runs rougher as the count drops back down to 76. If I don't touch the throttle, it will die and won't restart until it completely cools down. The O2 crosscount never changes. Here's info when the integrator hits 76.

Block Learn-100 ... BLM Cell-0
Integrator-76 ... O2 Crosscount-1 ... ExhOx-Rich
TPS-0.58v ... Fuel Pump-13.9 ... Spark Adv-20
AirFlow-4 ... Map (v)-2.80 ... Coolant-187

I'm very confused and my dad won't help me cuz he doesn't like my boyfriend. lol
Do you have any ideas of where I should go from here?
Thanks for your time. :)

Answer
Most of the readings that you gave me in open loop are useless because the computer doesn't look at anything other than TPS, coolant temp and MAP sensor readings until it goes into closed loop. Thats when the computer takes over fuel and spark management. Your TPS setting is a little low. It should be .66v
Now when it goes into closed loop and the integrator drops, its because the computer is trying to lean it out but it cant for some reason. It has to be because of a mechanical failure the the computer cant compensate for. Most likely on this year and with a 2.8, it is because of shorted or leaking fuel injectors. The MAP goes high because of the loss of vacuum due to it running so rough. You should probably replace the o2 sensor also be cause I'm sure it is contaminated with fuel by now. Also change the oil and filter.
Thank you for all of the valuable info you have given me. I dont usually get that on here. Usually its just something like"my car runs bad. what is it?"
