Lexus Repair: CD Changer not selecting CDs, lexus gs300, tracer wire

I have a 96 Lexus GS300, and my radio works perfectly, but I have a 12 disc cd changer in the trunk, and it will not eject, nor will it play any cds, what could possibly be the problem

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE POWER TO THE UNIT. IF SO THE PLAYER MORE THAN LIKELY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND REPAIRED.THE DEALER CAN REMOVE IT. THEN SEND IT OUT FOR REPAIR OR YOU CAN PURCHASE A EXCHANGE UNIT. THE PLAYER GETS ITS POWER FROM THE RADIO UNIT THROUGHT THE BLUE/YELLOW TRACER WIRE.
