Lexus Repair: 93 LS400 heater/ radar issues, radar issues, heater control valve

Question
I have two questions. 1. The heater is only blowing cold air, I have checked the coolant(as per a previous answer to similar question), and all seems to be OK. It does blow cold air when the A/C is on. What can i do next?
2. Some time back the display began flashing "Front
Radar" and "Rear Radar", and also began to "chirp" and "Buzz". The flashing and "Buzz" have stopped, but the "chirp" has continued. It goes off every 5 seconds or so; as long as the car is on. I did not know that this car had a Radar. I have checked the owners manual, and it does not say anything about a front or rear radar. The noise has become very annoying. What can be done about this? Hello Carlos,
1) Make sure there isn't any air pocket in the system.  Inspect our heater control valve by the firewall. Our outlet hose would be arm.
2) I beleive you have an aftermarket radar system on our vehicle. I would consult with a local alarm shop or the removal.
