Lexus Repair: 92 ES300 Issues - Keep or Sell, antenna mast, power steering pump

Power antenna grinding, really $400 to replace? Power steering pump and something else leaking onto belt - $1000.  No struts left - $900.  Light on speedometer gone but dash lights okay - $400.  104,000 miles, but my uncle barely drove it 50k during first 10 years so we've already had to replace all oil leaks for $1000.  After a long drive on freeway, dies at offramp.  Is this going to eat us alive or should we fix it up?  How long until transmissions usually go?

  The antenna mast is broken. It would cost around $150 to have this unit replace.  There could be a lot more leaks than just the power steering pump.  Valve cover gaskets, cam and crank seals, power steering pump hose. We've seen many of these transmission go out.  How long are you planning to keep this vehicle? Also, the head gaskets on these tend to fail.  So don't run it hot!!! This vehicle is reliable but you would have to keep up with all the services.  We have many 92 ES300 coming through our shop and most of have 250k + miles.  Expect to spend  around $1500 annually for repairs.
