Lexus Repair: windshield wiper motor, windshield wiper motor, climate areas

i have a 1996 gs300 that had a problem from the time i bought it. the wipers don't park themselves when you turn themm off. they don't work on intermittent or when you wash the windshield either. i just installed a new wiper switch but that didn't work either. i also have that annoying ac problem that shows the -22 code when you push the outside temperature button. i pulled out the fuse that the lexus bulletin said to take out for 30 seconds but that didn't work either. the fan blower comes on when it wants to also. is it related.

Hello Frank, I have not seen any of these problems here in Arizona as a common problem. At times some problems are related to weather or certain climate areas. I can tell you that pulling the fuse does not correct anything but just clears the code. It may be as you stated to be a related problem. What has the dealer told you?
