WHERE IS THE STARTER LOCATED ON 1992SC400 IF ANY THE PROBLEM IS CAR WAS RUNNING FINE. THIS MORNING WONT START. TURNS OVER STRONG

Thanks for the question.

The starter on your car is located and hidden under the top part of the engine, in the very center.  Since the starter on this engine is extremely reliable, they saved space by locating the starter inside the engine itself.

Also, If the engine turns over strong but won't start, then the starter is fine, and there is some other problem.

A qualified repair technician will have to take a look and see why the engine won't run.  I wish I could tell you exactly, but there are many different things that cause the engine to not start.
