Mazda Repair: 99 millenia computer reset, computer reset, board computer

How long does it take my on board computer to reset after having work done on the car. I had some work done on it to help pass the emissions test but have taken it to the testing station 5 times since then with them telling me that the computer is not ready. The tester said just drive the car more but I have already driven over 400 miles so far since the repair?

this has to go though whats called "drive cycles" you can drive 400 miles and not have it happen.. what the pcm is looking for is sorta short drives, like maybe 20-30 miles at different speeds. i bet you do alot of highway driving?. if so you have to do the short drives, remove the key and do it a few times,  should work then. one more thing, not sure what state your in, but here in ct we can work on a car that hasent passed it's drive cycle by running it on the dyno, you would have to ask them if they can do that in your state
