How do I remove the drivers door panel so I can replace the light for the power door switch?
Answer -
Hi theresa it is fairly easy to remove the pane. Right where the handle is to grap and close the door there are usualy a coule of screws there, under a couple of caps, then there may be a few around the door panel its self. There will be one screw where the door handle and lock is underneth a little cover after you get all the srcews out just lift up on the panel and it slides off. But if you are just trying to replcae the courtasy light ON THE DOOR, then all you have to do is puss the transparent cover off, It is eays to break if you dont pull it off right so you just have to be careful.

I'm trying to replace the light that goes behind all the window and door lock buttons on the drivers door, do you know what size the bulb is?

I know what you mean now, Those bulbs are dealer items only, and the switch is going to have to be taken apart to get at the bulb, The door panel does not hav to come off to do this, the switch should be just clipped in, gently put in a flat head srcew driver on each side, prefeably wrapped in electrical tape to stop damage to the switch or the door, and on each end that is where they are clipped in, When you do get the switch out there are 4 tabs for the cover on the switch , you may have to remove a couple of parts and the bulbs are there. the best thing to do is to remove the bulbs and bring them to the dealer to match them up, these bulbs are smaller then the eraser on a tip of a pencil. Them carfuly reaseble and try it out.
