Mercedes Benz repair: top wont go down, 2003 clk 430, issue html

I have a 2003 CLK 430  the top wont go down. had the relay replaced about a year ago. the windows go down the headrests go up and down

There are many numerous problems that this could be the main one of it being your battery isnt fully charged the comp for some reason needs to read a fully charged battery. otherwise it could be a roll bar or the switch heres a good thread
