How do you take off the cover to replace the tumbler on a 1990 350sdl?

Answer
Turn the key clockwise to position 1 that is when you see the SRS light flash on. There is a black collar on there that on some models if you grabbed it in position 1 would spin off. Others had a groove that a special tool similar to a paperclip would go through to release it. Check 1st to see if it come out by twisting it,
