Mercedes Benz repair: 1982 380SL electric windows, 380sl, mercedesshop

Question
I have a 1982 380sl with 170k miles. Both electric windows stopped working at the same time. I have checked all fuses. There must be something else in common with both sides I am unaware of. Can you direct me? Thanks

Remove the switches, and check for power and ground at the switch.


These pictures are for a right hand drive, the dash wire are reversed for your car.
