Mercedes Benz repair: 2001 S430 MERCEDES, fuse panel, lighting system

HAVE A 2001 S430 ON THE 5TH TIME DRIVING IT THE COMPLETE DASH BOARD LIGHTS WENT OUT.  I'M A MECHANIC AND I TESTED THE FUSE AND I REPLACED A FUSE AND THAN THE HEADLIGHTS WENT OUT.  I'M NOT EXPERIENCED WITH THIS YEAR OR SERIES NEED YOUR HELP DESPERATELY.

Replace all fuses in the car with new.
I do not recall if your 2001 S430 has the newer triple fuse panel = under hood, in passenger compartment and in trunk.
You need access to alldata.com for the ground points, they all need to be inspected for corrosion.
Be aware that use of the exact correct bulbs is critical on yours, there are in line fusible resistors in the lighting system wire harness.
