Mercedes Benz repair: 190 E 2.6 1990 BENZ, fan clutch, fan blade

1-WHEN IDLE ENGINE TEMPERATURE GOES UP.
2-"CONVERTED" AC BLOWS HOT AIR WHEN IDLE.  

Answer
Most likely issue is one or more of these:
#1. Auxiliary Fan Assembly or Aux. Fan Resistor.
#2. Cooling Fan Clutch and/or Fan Blade.
#3. Radiator.
#4. Thermostat.
#5. Water Pump.
#6. Engine Temp. Sensor.

Any one of these sensors could be turning off your A/C for safety reasons.
