Mercedes Benz repair: Heater Blower in 1994 Mercedes E320 Sedan, squirrel cage, mercedesshop

Question
How difficult is it to remove and replace the Heater Blower.  Sounds like a bearing is going out on it.  Can it be removed and repaired or must it be replaced.

Not difficult.
Remove monoblade.
Remove bezel.
Remove monoblade motor.
Remove blower motor cover.
Remove remove motor clip.
Remove power connection.

It is possible to lubricate the bushings, but you may end up replacing the motor shortly.
