Question
300e  1986  keeps flooding  we have replaced the pressure reg. and  injector pump  and plugs rotor cap wire  the car keeps flooring with gas

Answer
This could be quite an assortment of things. Your fuel distributor could be bad. You could have a faulty injector.  One of the many sensors could be malfunctioning. Throttle positioning sensor, Oxygen sensor, vacuum sensor, there are so many. The computer itself could be bad. If I had to guess I would say it is a bad injector.
