MG Car Repair: Lighting problem, flasher units, light bulbs

Question
I have a 1976 mgb and my rear right light and  side lights, same side, are not working.  Bulbs are fine.  Where do I start looking.

Also I keep blowing flasher units, any ideas why this could be happening.

Check your fuses first. Also check ground connection is for the lights and make sure the light bulbs are good and also that their contacts are clean.

I don't know about blown flasher units as I've never heard of that happening, however if one or more of your lights aren't working then the flasher will not work properly.  Fix the light problem and I bet your flasher problem will go away.
