MG Car Repair: fuel&brake lines, MGB brake pipes

Question
is there a bending diagram for replacing the fuel and brake lines on a 1975 mgb. thanks very much buz.

Answer
No, the factory did not produce any bending diagrams.

There is a helpful set of schematic diagrams on page 62 of the (free) Moss Motors catalogue, and they have part numbers such as GPP18AA and GPP24AC.  The actual number (18 or 24) refers to the length of the pipe in inches, and the letters at the end tell you if they have male or female ends.

Be very careful if you have a master cylinder with 3 pipes coming out of it.  Firstly, these threads are METRIC, whereas the other end of the pipe will be 3/8 UNF.  Secondly, the master cylinder is split, with one circuit going to the front left brake, and the other circuit going to the front right brake AND to the rear brakes.
