Hi Nick.  Wiring diagrams are included in the MGB owner's handbook, the MGB workshop manual, and the Haynes MGB manual.  These are all available from Moss Europe, Brown & Gammons, the MG Owners Club, or you will find them on eBay ...

If you need to trace any particular circuit, I could tell you what colours the wires are.
