sir gud day just wanna ask, what do you think is wrong with my car fist its vibrating, and before it does shift but now it doesnt shift anymore its AT sir by the way, and it seems that it has no power when i stepin the pedal gas, and sir is it ok if i adjust the distributor to advance full? thank you sir, your response will be gladly appriciated thank you.

There are many possible causes for your problem.  A faulty ignition system is a common cause, as you mentioned could be addressed by adjusting your distributor.  If that does not help, I would recommend have a full tune-up performed, as well as having your fuel and intake system inspected.
