i have a 1997 mistubishi mirage coupe de my a/c doesnt work and neither does my defrost the heat works only when im on gas whats the problem and estimated price to repair

You may have just blown the fuses that for your HVAC system.  If your blower motor does not even come on, there could be a problem in the AC/heater switch itself.  If you just need a couple of fuses, that may only be an hour of labor and possible $20 in parts.  Anything else would be hard to estimate without understand the true cause of the problem.
