Mitsubishi Repair: its maken me mad, dual overhead cam, air intake systems

Question
how come my 92 eclipse dual overhead cam is not cranking over after we put a new starter in it  ....it is a 92 5 speed eclips dual over head cam 4 cyl.

If the starter is engaging, but the engine is not starting, then you may have a problem in the ignition, timing, fuel, or air intake systems.  If you turn your key and the starter motor doesn't even crank, then you have bad starter relay, weak battery, bad cables, or improper ground.
