Mitsubishi Repair: 2003 galant with alot of stupid issues, radio clock, battery connection

Question
My 2003 galant needed the battery and the cables replaced in
my car so i did after that my radio clock wont hold the time
and my radio wont keep stations in its memory. Also my
interior lights in the visor mirrors and dome light quit
working along with my keyless entry and lock system all
after we fixed it all. Not the battery cable was eatn with
acid so we changed it completelt out.

It sounds like a poor connection at the battery; either with a loose cable connection or improper grounding.  I would recommend you have a mechanic inspect the battery connection and ground points to see if anything is loose.  A worn fuse may also cause this problem, have those checked out as well.
