i have a 1995 eclipse im having trouble getting it to start people r saying it is the timing belt but the timeing belt is fine i dont know wats wrong

There are a number of reasons why an engine may not start.  It's not too easy to diagnose without more history of the car.  The key elements for starting a car are fuel, spark, air, timing.  Each one of those elements has numerous components that must be working properly in order for the engine to start.  I would recommend having a mechanic check out the car and they would probably be able to find out the problem fairly quickly and inexpensively.
